You are unlikely to hear this or a similar sentence from your teenager in Wernigerode.

For example, there is a lord of the castle who was instrumental in the introduction of social legislation in Germany, some of which is still in force today. There's a Transall that landed on the roof of a hall. A small house where even small people have to bend down to enter. An exhibition in which the animals and customs of the Harz come to life. A house where visitors' sense of balance is tested. High up on the highest mountain there is a lot to learn about the nature of the Harz and the history of the division of Germany.
